1. Go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account. Open Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner.

2. Navigate to Junk Email Settings (Email > Junk email > Senders).

3. Click “Add safe sender”, Type the email address (e.g., example@domain.com) or the domain (e.g., @domain.com) you want to mark as safe. Press Enter. Click Save
