1. Open the tray which is having the issue.

2. Remove paper tray fully from machine and remove all paper from the paper tray.

3. Check behind the paper tray to see if there's any paper stuck, remove if any paper is visible.

4. Turn the machine off (using the power button on the front of the machine) and turning the power back on with the paper still out of the tray. Once the machine is back on refill the tray with paper and the code should be cleared.
