How to fix this issue

There are several reasons this message could come up on your photocopier. Follow the steps to resolve the issue.

Check the ethernet cable is plugged into the photocopier.
Where the ethernet cable is plugged in, there should be an orange or green light to show your internet is live.
Your photocopier may have the incorrect driver, follow the driver download guide to check that you have the correct driver.
Have you had any changes to the network (I.e. new internet provider). If you have had any of these changes, you will need to have the IP address changed on the photocopier and will need to contact our servicing team.
