Installing a Printer Driver to Windows 11

1. Head to Inception's Drivers Page

2. Select the "Windows Driver" option for your printer model.

3. Open “File Explorer” on your Device.

4. Select “Documents".

5.Click on "New"

6. Click on "Folder" and name this "Printer Driver"

7. Go to "Downloads"

8. Open the downloaded File.

9. Click on “Browse”.

10. Select the “Printer Driver” folder and press OK.

11. Click on "Unzip"

12. Open the “Printer Driver” folder and open RV_SETUP

13. Click “Agree” and press “Next”

14. Click on “Update Driver”

15. Click Finish

16. Repeat steps 12 & 13 and then select the appropriate connection medium

17. Select the correct printer and click "Next"

18. Click "Next"

19. Click "Finish"

20. Search for “Control Panel” in the windows search box

21. Select the “Hardware and Sound” option

22. Select the “Devices and Printers” 

23. Select “Printers & scanners”

24. Select the correct printer

25. Click on “Printer properties”

26. Rename the printer to "Colour"

27. Click on "Advanced”

28. Click on “Printing Defaults…”

29. Click on “Factory Default” for 2-sided or “1 sided” otherwise, and select “Colour”

30. Click “Apply” and then OK. And on OK again.

31. Click on the other printer name and repeat from step 25. (Printer Properties)

32. Rename the printer to "BW" (Black and White)

33. Repeat steps from step 27 (Advanced Settings).

34. Select “B & W (2 sided)” or “1 sided”, and “Black and White”

35. Repeat step 30.
