Requirements:

Windows 11 machine
Active user credentials (provided by IT)
Internet access

Procedure

Step 1: Download Installer

Open your browser and go to the 8x8 Work download page.
Choose Windows and click to download the EXE installer (recommended) (The EXE installs per-user and auto-updates.)

Step 2: Run Installer

Locate the downloaded file (8x8WorkSetup.exe).
Double-click to launch the installer wizard.
Follow prompts and click Install.

Step 3: Launch Application

Once installed, launch 8x8 Work from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
The app will auto-update periodically (every 24 hrs or on login with EXE).

Step 4: Log In

At the login window, enter your 8x8 credentials (username and password).
If asked, choose the correct email type (Work account, Google, Microsoft, etc.)
