Diagnose Scanning issues

Scanning issues can be incredibly frustrating, halting your ability to digitise important information. These problems can arise for a variety of reasons, ranging from simple software glitches and incorrect settings to physical obstructions or even network connectivity problems. Pinpointing the exact cause is the first crucial step towards a solution.   • Diagnose the issue

When you are trying to scan, the first thing to distinguish is whether the scanning issue impacts just you or everyone in the office.

If the scanning issue impacts just you, first check your email address in the photocopier is correct. Click here to check how to save your email address in the address book. If the problem persists with your email address, you will need IT support. You can request an IT support call.

If the problem is with everyone, try scanning to info@inception.co.uk to see if the scans arrives to the inception office.

If the problem still persists, please complete the Support Request Form, or Contact Us to book in a service engineer.
