Adding Mono Preset to MacOS Printer Driver

Whether you're printing draft documents, internal reports, or just looking to conserve expensive color toner, having a dedicated "mono" (monochrome) preset for your macOS printer driver can be a huge time-saver.

Instead of manually adjusting settings for every grayscale print job, you can set it once and apply it with a single click.

This guide will show you exactly how to create and utilize a mono preset, streamlining your printing workflow and giving you quick access to consistent, cost-effective black and white output.
