This automated service takes the hassle out of managing networked print and multifunctional devices. With @Remote, devices are automatically monitored and managed. Saving time, money and inconvenience.

•Automatic Meter Reading - Gain valuable time by optimising day-to-day device management. As the meters of networked MFPs and printers are automatically read, there is no need to manually check each meter, fill out postcards or confirm by telephone.

•Reduced Operational Costs - @Remote generates detailed fleet reports. This will enable your customer to make informed decisions, and eliminate inefficient device usage and unnecessary investments. Thereby reducing Total Cost of Ownership on an enterprise wide scale.
•Automated Assistance - Designed to ensure peace of mind, @Remote incorporates a number of service related functionalities. Toner supply levels are monitored and replenished automatically, and fault calls are automatically placed and engineers dispatched as appropriate.
•Easy Viewing via the Web - To view fleet usage information, simply access the @Remote.net web site which is available 24x7. Your customer can quickly gain a detailed insight into the usage of their networked equipment and a complete overview of device over and under usage to verify equipment is being used in the most cost effective way.

@Remote In Practice

1.The @Remote unit is small (about the size of a modem), simple to install and requires no maintenance.
It will automatically discover your print/ copy devices and is configured to send data to Inception at pre-defined schedules.

2.@Remote sits in your network behind your company firewall/s and automatically detects and monitors the usage of all the print/copy devices (across multiple locations) and sends that information to our central server housed by Ricoh via secure (https) connection.

3.Automated device data transfer allows us to conduct billing, action any device alerts and send replacement toner without you having to do anything.
Your maintenance, break fix and toner service will continue as normal. Billing will remain on your present schedule, but it will now be automatic.

4.Usage data and easy to create, downloadable reports are accesible via a web portal whenever you want.
